Kaizen Kid Startup Club: Build, Pitch & Profit

Kaizen Kid Startup Club: Build, Pitch & Profit** is a hands-on entrepreneurship program where kids turn big ideas into real mini-businesses. Through fun, age-appropriate lessons and guided teamwork, members learn how to spot problems worth solving, design a product or service, set a price, create a simple brand, and market to customers—while building confidence, communication, and leadership skills. Kids will brainstorm and validate ideas, build a basic business plan, practice budgeting and “profit vs. cost,” and develop a pitch deck. The program culminates in a **Pitch Day** where each child (or team) presents their startup to an audience and gets supportive feedback—celebrating creativity, resilience, and smart decision-making. Parents are invited to showcase the hard work on pitch day. **What kids will learn** - Idea generation + problem solving - Branding basics (name, logo, message) - Pricing, budgeting, and profit fundamentals - Marketing and customer experience - Public speaking, pitching, and teamwork **Perfect for** Curious, creative kids who love building, inventing, and sharing their ideas—no experience needed. Age: 5-12. Kids will be placed in groups of 6 with matching age cohort.
